Why High?

Once, I overheard some people say it’s hard to find something to do in Manila and the only obvious alternative is to go malling.

NOT SO… and this blog is all about proving that.

MANILA HIGH is a journal of ONE-DAY adventures (sometimes two days) , little  discoveries, and fun realities all found in Metro Manila, and some nearby areas. These are things anyone can do when bored, when one needs to be distracted, or when you just want to do something – anything! Go see, and get high with Manila’s mysterious spirit.

The name of this site was taken from the song of the same title by Kala, used for this blog with permission. The image header is by Jason Tengco.
